Key Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Commercial Management: Lead all commercial activities, from pre-tender evaluations and contract negotiations through to Payments, claims management and final account close-out.
  • Cost Planning & Estimation: Develop and maintain detailed cost plans, estimates, work packages to align budgets with project deliverables.
  • Cost Control & Financial Reporting: Monitor budget versus actuals using cash-flow forecasts, earned value metrics and variance analysis, produce routine and ad-hoc financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Earned Value & Performance Monitoring: Establish baselines, track schedule-cost performance and deliver monthly progress reviews with milestone certifications and progress invoicing.
  • Change Management & Contract Close-Out: Implement standardised change-control procedures, manage Change orders and facilitate contract close-out to ensure compliance with all terms.
