- Monitor enterprise IT and network infrastructure in a 24×7 NOC environment, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Perform real-time alert analysis and incident handling across VMware, storage, backup, and network platforms.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations using ServiceNow and BMC Remedy in accordance with SLA and KPI targets.
- Utilize IBM Watson AIOps and SolarWinds for proactive monitoring, event correlation, and early issue detection.
- Escalate critical incidents to L3 teams and vendors while providing accurate documentation and follow-ups.
- Maintain incident logs, reports, and shift handover documentation to ensure operational continuity.
- Support ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Updated system configurations as per business requirements, ensured optimal performance.
- Enhanced user experience with efficient problem resolution.
- Troubleshot connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
