Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviewed new notifications and clarify work contents (with support from Operations and Maintenance discipline, as applicable), accept notifications meeting required quality criteria and convert them to a right work order type with RAM matrix.
  • To create work package and Run forecast and reservation in SMat and work based on the priority.
  • Plans and executes the materials management of bulk and engineered equipment systems and materials in support of project.
  • Reviewed WMAT waiting materials PR's/PO's and schedule those WO's accordingly delivery date.
  • Maintaining a list of Work Orders that are on-hold either due to non-availability / release of equipment. Review with Operations on daily basis to assess the possibility of releasing the related equipment and plan the work orders for equipment agreed to be released.
  • Creating Work Orders /Job Packs with complete information (job plans, task lists, activity type, work center, crafts, estimated duration and hours, external services, fleet objects and required spares / materials reservations with costs allocated to right to allow efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance work.
  • Extracts the list backlog jobs for area/zone from SAP, prior to the walk down, and distribute it to all appropriate walk down participants
  • Facilitates a short pre-walk down meeting to review process, objectives, safety, what to look for, etc. Facilitates the area walk down by coordinating with the Maintenance and operations. Facilitates a short post walk down meeting to review findings, work verified & identified during the walk down
  • Reviews all notifications written by walk down participants for work identified from WD to ensure that all identified defects have been captured
  • Create job plans for all additional work identified during the walk down
