• Lead the development of the overall project execution plan (PEP), in alignment with Amaala’s strategic objectives.

Project: TBSI AMAALA RSG Bridge Project

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with AMAALA RSG strategic goals.
• Develop a detailed project plan covering timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and secure necessary approvals.
• Assemble and lead a cross-functional team (engineers, architects, environmental consultants, etc.).
• Delegate tasks, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and senior management.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and the public.

The Construction Manager (CM) oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of demolition activities at the NEOM Port site, ensuring all work is carried out in line with NEOM’s sustainability, safety, and innovation standards. The CM acts as the primary link between the client, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

• Develop detailed demolition schedules, work breakdown structures, and sequencing plans.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, environmental, and permitting teams.
• Align demolition timelines with broader NEOM infrastructure development goals.
• Ensure strict compliance with NEOM’s EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations.
• Implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies for hazardous demolition operations.
• Oversee permits related to hazardous material removal (e.g., asbestos, fuel tanks).
