- Asset procurement strategy and saving plans
- Coordinate and Plan Fit out Capex Budget for all upcoming new projects
- Involve in negotiation with Landlord to get the maximum Fit out capex savings
- Negotiate & Appoint the Lead consultants and Quantity Surveyor for the projects
- Drive the Design stage of the project by coordinating within the organisation and consultants
- Manage the bidding process to appoint the contractors by ensuring the cost, time & quality
- Manage the construction phase for timely completion of the project within the prescribed budget and Quality parameters
- Ensure that all Contracts/Agreements with contractors, suppliers and consultants are agreed
- Prepare and Follow the Action plan for the Energy saving to reduce maximum distribution costs (Electricity bill & water)
- Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work;
- Fully control the inspection of the materials delivered at site as per specifications
- Review and manage proper closure process including formalizing the procedure for acceptance of the completed project.
