Ø Responsible for day-to-day activities Preventive, Corrective/Breakdown, Shutdown maintenance, scheduling, and modification work.

Ø Responsible for all types of process parameters service and calibration with BEAMEX MCS-200 test bench.

Ø Responsible for all types of valve service/overhauling and testing with VENTIL valve test bench HC-30.

Ø Responsible for all types of motor service/overhauling and testing with VFD Test Machine.

Ø Responsible for all types of motor re-winding and heating and testing with coil and oven machines.

Ø Responsible for all E&I test equipment calibration and third-party certification.

Ø Daily progress meetings with the maintenance team and the planner.

Ø Responsible for daily work orders monitoring and closing in a timely manner.

Ø Follow up with operation for any process parameters alarm and issues in the plant.

Ø Follow up with console operators for any alarm and parameters issues.

Ø Follow up on instruments minimum on-hand quantity spare parts availability.

Ø Responsible for Daily/weekly and monthly progress reports submitted to the managers.

Ø Worked for plant maintenance & turnaround of process control Instruments both pneumatic & electronic. Site survey, Project Execution, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning of Instrumentation Systems, Analyzer Systems, Gas detection systems, and PLC, SCADA, and alarm annunciation panels. During my tenure in “SABIC” affiliate SHARQ, as an instrument supervisor.
