Responsibilities:

• Attending to inspection request (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Make sure that site activities are properly monitored, and all quality records are established and maintained.
• Reviewing and understand the project scope and specification along with the ITPs, MSs and drawings for each work activity.
• Make sure that all site inspections are carried out as per intervention points marked in the approved Inspectionand Test Plan.
• Performs quality control and ensures that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirement.
• Identifying site issues/defected work or non-compliance/approved materials and raising non-conformance report (NCR) after consulting the QA\QC Senior Engineer and RE assigned the workplace. Also follow up the NCR on site once the close out action have been agreed.
• Submittals (Material Approvals, Material Inspection, Shop drawings, RFI’s) and Logs (IFC drawings, Shop drawings, IR, NCR, MAR, MIR, ITP, MS, HSE, Reports, Site Instructions) Conduct performance evaluation for the Contractor, Sub Contractor, 3rd party Etc…
• Review construction drawings, specifications, work guidelines related to project electrical systems applicable for understanding and implementation at site.
• Attend / Perform all Electrical activity{(LV panel(MDB,SMDB, EMDB,FDB,MCC,EMCC,ATS, PFI, LCP, and Bus Duct system)} Low current system(Fire Alarm, CCTV, Photo Cell, Sencer and PAS) inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
• Inspect the electrical material and equipment’s through Material approval in compliance with specification and design.
• Closely work with Senior Engineer and Design Engineers.
• Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as when required.
• Evaluates and monitors adequacy of Contractor Quality Control (CQC) programs.
• Supervising all testing commissioning activities, Including Integration with LV panels and cabling, ATS panel, PFI panel, DB, MCC, Bus ducts tie. Fire alarm, FM200 system, Public address system & CCTV camera control cabling.
• Project Handover, Snagging, De-snagging& Final Punch List.

Responsibilities:

• Selection of the Electrical Distribution Boards, Main Distribution Boards (M.D.B’S), Sub Main Distribution Boards (S.M.D.B’S), and Final Distribution Boards (F.D.B’S) etc. and Work out for the most economical and suitable scheme. Guiding the AutoCAD Draftsman for Preparing the Electrical Shop Drawings as Per the Clients Approval.
• PVC, GI Conduits, Wiring Accessories, Cables, Cable Trays and Material Required Quantity Take Off From Drawings.
• Supervision all electrical Works at site as per approved shop drawings and check all material delivered and installed at site reporting to immediate resident engineer at site.
• Preparation of Material Submittals for Clients Approval and inspection requests of site work for consultant. Co-Ordinate with mechanical and plumbing department.
• Ensure That the Work Should Complete In Time with The Given Specifications.
• Managing skill and unskilled manpower and quality checks at site.

Responsibilities:

• Installation Transformers, Switchgears, Control Panels,MV,SMV,EMV,ESMV,ATS and MCC panel,
• Installation bus duct for transformer to MV panel and MV panel to SMV panel.
• Calculate of total load current and select the cable size and making load schedule.
• External lightings in the pipe racks, street lights, security fencing lights..
• Installation of Cable Trays inside Substations, Station Control Room (SCR).
• Laying of underground cables for MV & LV power distribution.
• Meggering of bus duct, cable, panel bus bar and continuity test.
• Installation and making operational different lighting fixtures.
• Conduits & Cable Trays Installation for CCTV, P.A.system, Emergency central batteries system, fire alarm , fire alarm system, SMATV system and Telephone system.
• Conducting final inspection after installation of Electrical Equipment’s and systems.
• Ensuring smooth functioning of construction activities Analysing project scope document and contractual requisites; implementing construction strategies to optimise budget.
• Monitoring project schedule and progress. Review the design drawing and document submittal.
• Providing solutions to different construction related problems.
• Bridging the gap between the drawings and constructions based on the actual site condition.
• To follow up with consultant comments shell be noticed on the RFI, required rectifications before final hand over stage.
• Providing guidance to subordinates for critical aspects of construction.
• Generating Site Technical Queries and providing solutions in consultation with the client.
• Maintaining Quality documents and involve with testing and commissioning team

Responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for site work, installation.
• Installation of temporary construction power and lighting network in consultation with the operation group.
• Installation of Cable Trays inside Substations, Station Control Room (SCR). Providing primary and secondary supports to the routes of cable tray.
• Laying of underground cables for HV & LV power distribution.
• Installation Transformers,Switchgears, Control Panels and related accessories.
• Installation & Testing of Motors of different capacity and rating.
• Installation and making operational different lighting fixtures
• Conduits & Cable Trays Installation for CCTV, P.A. system.
• Conducting final inspection after installation of Electrical Equipment’s andsystem

Responsibility:

• Installation of Cable Trays & Conduits.
• MV & LV Cable lying & also Glandding + termination for it.
• Installation & supporting of Power & Distribution Transformer & DG sets.
• Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Area Light with Photo Cell.
• Installation of LV Panel of different ratings.
• Adapting High Standard of safety & field quality assurance.
