⮚Monitoring the ongoing daily construction activities & coordinating with the construction team for the completed works which are ready for         inspection / hold point release.
⮚ Inspect the completed works to ensure that the works are executed as per the approved IFC drawings, Shop drawings & specified / approved   materials.
⮚ Inspect installation and construction of external underground cables, manholes, conduits and internal building distribution systems. Inspect all phases of the splicing and testing of cable systems.

⮚ Perform routine testing including Continuity and Insulation Resistance Test, Earth Resistance Test, Illumination Test, Polarity Test and etc.
⮚ Monitoring and updating the calibration of all Electrical testing Equipment.
⮚ Reviewing the construction method statements and making comments per project specifications, procedures & ITPs.
⮚ Review cable and ground measurement test data for the basis of acceptance
⮚ Adapt in NEC, IEC, NEMA, ANSI, and other international standards applicable to our scope.
⮚ Coordination with Clients inspectors for getting the feedback for open log book entries and preparations of corrective actions to close those violations.
⮚ Perform proactive surveillance inspection to minimize and avoid discrepancy and non-conformance rectification cost and time.
⮚ Issuing of Non-conformance Report for any discrepancy found in electrical work.
⮚ Verify the site cleanliness and safe access for client inspections.
⮚ Verify the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) hold points and Prepare Request for inspections (RFI's) and inform the client representatives to carry out the Inspections.
⮚ To mark up the FIELD CHANGES in the shop drawings / IFC drawings this will be used while preparing the AS BUILT drawings.
⮚ Responsible for close-out of PMCC item prior to turnover.

⮚ Familiarize with Company rules, procedures, Standards and project specs. 

⮚ Carryout planned Inspection, and various Quality test record as a proof of inspection and witnessing entire inspection. 

⮚ Ensure the installation of instruments at site as per IFC drawings, Data Sheets and Hook up drawings.

⮚ Review SATIP, SAIC, SATR and quality notification documents.

⮚ Responsible in raising RFI in EPM system, preparing documents and conduct site inspection with client inspector.

⮚ Responsible for the inspection of installation of Fire Alarm devices like smoke detectors, heat detectors, duct smoke detectors, strobe, horn strobes, manual pull station, modules etc.

⮚ Monitoring the installation of Fire alarm control panel and NAC panel.

⮚ Inspect the installation of Direct Digital Controller (DDC) panel. 

⮚ Ensure that Fire Alarm devices are installed as per NFPA 72. 

⮚ Ensure instrumentation wiring and conduits are installed as per Saudi Aramco standard and comply with NEC. 

⮚ Witness the testing of Fire Alarm devices and control panel.

⮚ Monitoring daily Instrument installation & testing activities and verifying that it complies with the project specification and Aramco standards. 

⮚ Witness the leak/pressure test for the tubing of all kinds of instruments and ensure the method applied for it is according to the project standards. 

⮚ Responsible for the inspection of installation of Instruments, Conduits and fittings (above and below ground), Cable trays/ladder racks and Cables, Junction Boxes, Control Panels, Consoles, wiring termination, impulse tubing as per the standards and project specification. Prepare inspection and test plan for various inspection to be carried out as per the standards. 

⮚ Witness the inspection activities and provide valuable comment if any to ensure the correction of any non-implemented standard. 

⮚ Verify the materials and vendor certificates to ensure that the materials are as per design specification and the standard of consideration. 

⮚ To ensure that the proper inspection methods and tools are used to make sure that the inspection is accurate and efficient.

⮚ Inspection of grounding systems, cable trench, cable tray, cable laying, installation, termination. 

⮚ Witness & inspection of underground main grid grounding cable installation, Earth resistance measurement procedures, Testing & Commissioning. ⮚ Inspection of the process tubing and check that the tubing is done as per the hook up diagram and confirms to the project specification. 

⮚ Wiring termination and Insulation Resistance Test. 

⮚ Tracking and recording of ‘Request for Inspections' (RFI's) and work progress on site. 

⮚ Loop checking of all types of Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature Transmitters, Switches, Solenoid valves and Indicators. 

⮚ Preparing loop folder of the instruments. 

⮚ Coordinating with the vendors for project specific instruments and materials like transmitters, cables, Junction box and bulk materials and Skid inspections.

⮚ Review documents for Loop Checking, Wiring termination and continuity check. 

⮚ Checking of Contract documents for compliance with Company requirements. 

⮚ Verify the redlining of the drawings, termination schedules, Instrument Loop Diagram (ILD)etc., as per the modifications made on site. 

⮚ Review construction drawings & updating P &ID, ILD, I/O for compliance of project requirement, specification and monitor subcontractor compliance on site for project approved construction drawing and specification. 

⮚ Responsible for evaluating all Non-Conformities reported within the group, ensuring their correct specification and the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action implemented. 

⮚ Attend quality and progress meetings with contractors to resolve construction / quality issues. Co-ordination with commissioning and construction personnel for mechanical completion and work priority. 

⮚ Responsible for the over-all implementation of Quality Control related instrumentation works accordance with project specifications and Engineering Standards. 

⮚ Witness the testing of all grounding systems, cable Insulation test and make sure it is acceptable to the proponent. 

⮚ Independent management of files and records logging instrument installation and calibration dates.

⮚ Understand and interpret Cable & Instrument Schedules & Termination Drawings Field testing equipment as per project standards to ensure functionality and maintainability.

LTE Coordination & Optimization:
