• RO Operator, Startup field activities of 5 MIGD of RO plant., Run with feed water flow of 1081m/h feed pressure n3.46 bar RO high pressure pump suction flow 617.02m/h., RO Startup sequence: Open RO feed pump valve, Start CF feed pump, Open RO feed analyzer SOV, Start SBS Dosing pump, Start Antiscalant dosing pump, Water quality confirm RO service flush venting, Open PxLP outlet FGV., RO B/W Sequence: Stand by, Drain, Air scour, Settle, Fill, Back wash, Rinse, Service.
• Sewage Treatment, Add chemicals such as ammonia (NH3) and Chlorine (Cl) to disinfect water., Keep records of water quality., Read meters and gauges frequently for proper functioning of the plant., Fix leakages and other deficiencies., Use computerized systems to manage the plant processes., Control equipment and monitor processes that remove or destroy harmful materials or microorganisms from wastewater.
