· Endodontic Courses: This involved participation in the teaching of endodontic procedures, particularly root canal therapy.
· During this period, I was sharing the responsibility of organizing and modifying both the Endodontic and Crown Courses.
· General clinical supervision and chair-side teaching in Conservative Dentistry. This has involved the most recent changes, which involved a complete revision of teaching with the introduction of minimally invasive techniques particularly the provision of sealant restorations and other adhesive techniques. The clinical courses also include endodontic, anterior crowns, post crowns, adhesive inlays, and veneers (more focus on endodontic). A substantial amount of time has also been spent supervision and teaching the students to practice the whole range of Endodontic and Restorative Dentistry; including crown and bridge.

· In the capacity of Dean of College of Dentistry and later Director of Dental Teaching Center, I played a major role in the recruitment and appointment of academic and non-academic staff, this includes interviewing, assessing, and evaluating such candidates. Similarly, I played a key role in taken decisions of promoting academic staff and non-academic staff. As well as, I maintained a solid policy to develop the dental faculty staff, and implementing the university and college vision, goals, and objectives. At the same time, I was heavily involved in setting the discipline, regulations, and safety measurements for JUST university and its Teaching Hospital “King Abdullah the first” in North of Jordan
· Also, in the capacity of Dean of College of Dentistry and later Director of Dental Teaching Center, I developed and maintained very strong cooperation and academic networking with various reputable dental authorities and institutes at National, Regional and International level (especially in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States of America) to facilitate teaching and learning, research and community services.
· Furthermore, in my capacity as a Dean, then Dental Teaching Centre/ Hospital and later Director of Academic Development Centre for the whole JUST University, I have played a major role in the development of University regulations and policies, as well as, planning, executing, and monitoring and analyzing the Budgets and funds of the college and centers.
· Organizing and participated in several Oral Health Days targeted the local community and schools in several cities and villages in North of Jordan.
· In the capacity of a director of the Dental Teaching Center and Hospital, I was heavily involved in establishing, organizing, and settings this center, as we aim to have a center of excellence in Dentistry in Jordan.
