Project:- Developing security systems for the north line train.

Client:- SAUDI ARABIA RAILWAYS ( SAR ).

Scope of work:-

- 5000+ m Perimeter fencing systems.

- Security gates.

- Perimeter lighting and Cameras.

- Critical/Assist buildings.

- Physical security equipment.

Mine activities and responsibilities :-

• Top supervising the work complying with specifications and drawings & conformity to standards / requirements of the customer.
• Supervised site work to verify quality and safety standards ahead of sign off.
• Coordinated contractors, subcontractors and labourers to deliver on projects.
• Preparing (WIR, MIR, MAR) for the customer.
• Participate/Assist in the preparation or reports.
• Maintaining/Tracking accurate records of the project activities, including daily progress reports (DPR), inspection reports.
• Preparing and attending inspections with the customer.
• Material control.

• Reviewing drawing on-site, ensuring everything meets specifications and checking those quality.
