2. SAR (Saudi Arabia Railways) Light work shop, Alqhurryat.

• Review and approve MEP shop drawings (Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting) prior to execution on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, design requirements, and standards (SMACNA, ASME, NFPA and PIC).
• Execute builder’s work as per approved drawings, ensuring proper coordination between structural and MEP services to avoid conflicts during installation.
• Prepare material take-off (MTO) as per IFC drawings, ensuring accurate quantity estimation for procurement and project execution.
• Prepare and implement planned weekly schedule for MEP works to ensure progress aligns with project milestones and deadlines.
• Conduct weekly meetings with engineers, supervisors, and foremen to track site requirements, including hand & power tools, manpower, and MEP work progress (Equipment list, Tools list, Daily progress report and Weekly progress report), ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project timelines.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil teams to identify and resolve site issues, including clashes with other disciplines, design discrepancies, and site coordination challenges, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Track MEP material purchase orders with procurement department, ensuring timely delivery of materials in alignment with project needs and schedules.
• Prepare material orders using SAP and ERP systems, ensuring accurate quantity estimation and timely procurement in alignment with project requirements and approved specifications.
• Prepare red-line drawings to reflect site modifications and raise RFIs (Request for Information) to client for approval, ensuring alignment between design and actual site conditions.
• Follow up with QC team after first fix, second fix, and third fix of MEP work completion to ensure WIRs (Work Inspection Requests) are raised and approved by consultant, ensuring compliance with project quality standards.
• Follow up on closure of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and site observations issued by QC team, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and approved.
• Prepare and oversee flushing of chilled water system and disinfection of water supply system Prior to commissioning.
• Coordinate with suppliers for start-up of MEP equipment, including AHUs, FAHUs, chillers, fire pumps, plumbing pumps, electric water heaters, etc., Prior to commissioning and proper functioning of all systems.
• Coordination with low current team for equipment integration with BMS prior to functional test, including programming of VFDs for AHUs, FAHUs, and chiller pumps.
• Ensure that HVAC system's Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) and water balancing procedures are fully completed before conducting functional test.
• Ensure that all outstanding snag list items for MEP work are fully resolved and officially closed out.

Project: 1. Makkah General Hospital -500 Bed (Ministry of Health)

2. king Khalid Hospital 350-Bed-rehabilitation (Ministry of Health)

3. Jizan refinery-ARAMCO.

(Relocate Jizan Abha refined product line for implant facility)

4. Al Safarat- diplomatic Quarter Riyadh.

• Executed site work in strict accordance with approved MEP shop drawings, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinated with the Civil team for external work, including excavation and backfilling, for the installation of irrigation HDPE pipes and drainage UPVC pipes.
• Ensure the installation of all puddle flanges in fire tanks, water supply tanks, and irrigation tanks, as per approved structural drawings and in coordination with the surveyor.
• Preparing all ITPs, QCPs, MIR logs, RFI logs, NCN logs, and SOR logs for Mechanical.
• Ensure the availability of all MEP materials for ducting, piping, and fittings as per the approved shop drawings prior to executing the work.
• Preparing daily and weekly activity progress reports for manpower and MEP work.
• Coordinating with supervisor and resolving MEP work issues on site.
• Supervised site visits with electrical, mechanical, and civil teams to address and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
• Execution of MEP work in accordance with approved shop drawings and standards and equipment’s installation activities.
• Prepare red-line drawings to reflect site modifications and raise RFIs (Request for Information) to the client for approval, ensuring alignment between design and actual site conditions.
• Ensure the completion of all Chilled water piping, firefighting, and water supply networks prior to flushing all systems.
• Followed up with suppliers for the installation of piping with accessories, aeration tanks, chlorination tanks, sewage tanks, blower pumps, media filters, sand filters, and boosters for the sewage and water treatment plants, including pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Coordinated with the testing and commissioning team to complete the remaining MEP work.
• Ensured that all outstanding snag list items for MEP work were fully resolved and officially closed out.

Project: 1. Shital Sagar High rise tower (G+20 floors two Wings A& B)

2. Rubber Wala High rise tower (G+35 floors)

• Coordinated with subcontractors ensuring their work met project specifications as well as monitored their progress towards completion deadlines.
• Managed on-site resources effectively, including personnel allocation, equipment utilization, and material storage to ensure smooth project progression with minimal downtime.
• Created work schedules and adjusted as needed to meet project deadlines and keep shifts properly staffed.
• Managed project timelines for timely completion of tasks.
