• Present technical proposals on modification requests respecting cost, safety, and operability
• Follow up project Materials, cost estimating, control, and to be in compliance with specification
• Attend meeting and site visits
• Preparing requisition, purchase orders and contract strategies for materials and procurement contracts
• Develop scope of work, cost estimate and technical appraisal for service contracts
• Co-operate with project manager to ensure that projects are completed as at when due and meet their set targets

• Make Po's, schedule & control all materials
• Projects procurement and control of finishing projects at HCIS, NIC, MOFT, PNU, GB2 AND YAMAM PALCE
• Generate, update, analyses, coordinate and procurement planning / scheduling as well as periodic progress reports
• Coordinate, consolidate and prepare submittals and samples for client approvals
• Prepare technical specifications for purchase orders
• Provide support and assistance to the project manager and site manager
• Interpret contract technical specification requirements
• Dealt with technical comments / counter proposals with the client
• Dealt with local and international equipment's suppliers
• Technically and commercially review supplier's offer / quotation
