• Commission and start PP Operation Training Simulator without additional investment.
• Participate for Saudi Kayan PP department APC project (Advance Process Control).
• Successfully achieved the e-SWP GO a Live milestone for PP & LDPE plants Safe and Timed Execution.
• Train and qualified new operator joined PP department.
• Proactively Plan Mandatory and Optional Trainings to all PP Day Staff and Shift Teams. This led to Zero Overdue required training and noticeable increase in No. of Courses attended per individual.
• Effectively meet IDP targets (Developments: 100% & Goal: 100%).
• Completed All ERT training requirements for PP department as per the plan (SERA training/Fire drill/In-House).
• successfully achieved the highest JADEER program performance among SK departments.

Responsibility:

Supervise and coordinate polypropylene plant ( purification system, reaction and extrusion) in startup and shutdown and other major operational changes.

My achievements:

• Successfully achieved plant performance.
• Accomplish Successful PP-PSD in Mar-2022 as Shift Supervisor by Safe and Timed Execution.
• Experience of startup / shut down and troubleshooting of Polymerization Units equipment's.Trained new hires and set up mentoring to drive team performance.
• Trained and mentored new employees to maximise team performance.
• Developed continuous improvement initiatives to drive team efficiencies.

Lead the activities of workers inside and outside and enforced safety regulations.

My Achevment:

• Assigned by the plant specialist for annually major S/D such as:
• Shut-down and start-up time line.
• General preparation for shut-down and start-up.
• Review and edit all SOP related to respective shut-down and start-up.
• Developed all transition procedure that reduced off spec. transition production to zero off-spec. which used by today
• Experience of startup / shut down and troubleshooting of Polymerization Units equipment's.
