Internship Trainee at ARRAZI Saudi Methanol company as a production engineer in methanol plant.

• SABIC SeED program who participated in many EHSS, maintenance and activities during normal and S/D events.
• Handing day-to-day activities, and R&M activates in SABIC Agri-Nuteient biggest Utility plant which is supplying three plants (fertilizers and chemical) with different demands, improving the sustainability, monitoring the environmental impact and planning for future improvement through TAs.
• Team member in monitoring devision KPIs toward EHSS
• Leading ALBYRONI devision waste management system
• Participation and Major finding reporter during IBN AL BAYTAR RIP mega project.
• Lead ALBYRONI Utility TA activities (Mega TA).
• Leading and solving many of the Major plant risk and chronic issues such as significant risk related to ALBYRONI AMM storage tank (since 2021), repeated acid leak in acid day tank (since 2016), production limitation in one of the boilers (Since 2014) with SABIC ATC and using benchmarking strategy.
• Participate in Saving around more than 70 Million SAR by taking the right action during underground SW pipe leak and leading the subject to prevent the reoccurrence of such incident.
• Develop s tool to monitor and extract all date related to Utilities and End month closing and saving the time by more than 1000%.
