As Change Management, I oversaw all TADAWUL initiatives related to member system changes, with a focus on onboarding members and ensuring readiness for strategic projects.

Key Achievements:

• Contributed to two major projects: TADAWUL PTTP P2.0 and TADAWUL IPO Capital Management System Solution.
• Developed a strong knowledge base in the Post Trade Technology Program (PTTP)
• As a Portfolio Lead, managed 20+ TADAWUL members
• Acted as the Environment Lead, managing issue and defect tracking for project environments.
• Automated numerous manual processes by developing custom Python scripts, significantly improving operational efficiency.
• Spearheaded the implementation of a Change Management Portal, transitioning from manual tracking to an automated system, currently being deployed by the in-house TADAWUL team.

Major role as an Application Engineer is to maintain the health of application by developing cutting edge tools, automations, technical stack expansion, UATs, Migrations and Operational Excellence tasks. I have worked with 3 different orgs within Amazon and got promoted to Senior Application Engineer.

• Implemented automations across Amazon Operational Excellence activities, resulting in 20% YoY reduction in ticket count.
• Onboarded 14 use cases onto the ACE platform by providing them solutions, designing and implementing their workflows, and providing them with training and support.
• I oversaw 10 million+ workflows per week across 14 customer applications, ensuring that they were completed on time and within budget.
• Scaled existing system resources to accommodate the growing demand of customers and was key member in designing new self serve platform architecture
• Successfully migrated 3 applications from legacy applications to the ACE platform, resulting in a cost savings of approximately $1000 per month
• Created monitoring and reporting frameworks that allowed clients to track the performance of their workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Designed and implemented a solution that integrated machine learning models into the workflows, providing assistance to customer teams in writing custom rules for each workflow.
• Created custom tools using web scraping for complex websites and implemented infinite scrolling for multiple websites to streamline data collection and analysis.
• Mentored and trained 15+ peers, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills.
• Using web crawling and scraping mechanisms, monitored competitors' websites for changes in layout and functionality to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.

TCS BaNCS Corporate Banking (Jun-2017 to Apr-2019)

• Major role as a software developer was to process bulk files for Payments, Beneficiary maintenance, Standing Instructions & Host to Host Integration.
• Developed batches based on business requirement using Java and Spring Hibernate technology
• Involved in major SDLC for the product and successfully implemented Bulk Payments for Rand Merchant Bank, Nigeria

TCS BaNCS Securities Trading (Sep-2012 to Jun-2017 )

Worked on the core engine of Securities Trading OMS module, responsible for routing orders and trades for Equities and Derivatives, and handling real-time market data. Involved in the full SDLC, from client requirements to product delivery

As Programmer Analyst (Developer):

• Developed key components of OMS across multiple clients in C, C++, Pro*C and PL/SQL
• Implemented low latency core engine backend features for TWAP and VWAP algorithmic trading strategies, Advance trading, Sell Side and Buy Side
• Developed & implemented end to end migration of XStream FIX protocol for TADAWUL exchange brokerage clients
• Implemented multiple features on FIX protocol, NASDAQ OMX and Reuters Market Data System across 4 GCC clients.

As Production Support Engineer:

• 3 years of Onsite production support experience for SAMBA Capital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Change Management: Testing deliveries, arranging SIT/UAT, aligning with business requirements, deployment and monitoring
• Was lead production support engineer for Securities Trading managing Front End chsnnels, Mobile, Trader Work Station along with OMS.
• Identifying vulnerable components to improve the system in terms of monitoring, alarms and providing better customer experience
• Interacting with different stakeholders like back office, Bloomberg, Reuters, Pershing, Mubasher and Interactive Brokers.
