· Assist in preparation and finalization of audit plans and programs related to all departments of the organization & report necessary findings.
· Perform and control the full audit cycle.
· Obtain, analyze, and evaluate necessary documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
· Identify controls weakness and provide suitable suggestion.
· Document processes and prepare audit findings.
· Conduct walk-through tests and analytical working such as checklists , surveys , questioners and other relevant tests.
· Evaluate existing process documentation, test current processes and procedures and identify value adding /non-value adding activities.
· Follows up on audit findings and audit report with concerned division/department manager
to ensure implementation of agreed corrective action plans.
· Preparation and finalization of Monthly & Quarterly reports.
Projects:
· Internal Controls For Financial Reporting (ICFR)
· Internal Audit Subject matter expert in Sipchem Sustainability Project. (ESG)
· Establish & support the Continual Improvement Program and bring forth the CI culture within Sahara and its affiliates through all departmental business process mapping, manual and workflow management.
· Plan, organize, coordinate and communicate the ongoing internal audits and the certification audits for all the integrated management systems (QMS, EMS, RCMS & ISMS) implemented by Sahara and its affiliates i.e. ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), RC/ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) and ISO 27001:2013 (ISMS).
· Conduct management review meeting(s) and help resolve any concern(s) in relations to all the departmental review.
· Provide awareness of documentation requirements and foster department to develop new procedures as per the updates in organizational structure.
· Follow-up, track and monitor all the audit findings (internal and external) and strategize to close them out on or before the due date.
Projects:
· Member of Communication & Service Planning Work Streams in Ocean Project:
o Working with the project consultant Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to implement the Integration plan between Sahara & Sipchem.
· Member of Service Planning process in Takamul Project:
o Working with the project consultant (IBM) to harmonize, analyze and marge 58 of Shared Services processes based on best industry practices between Sahara & Sipchem.
· Assist Chairman in setting Group strategic goals and cascade it among departments
· Attend Board meeting as a secretary of the board for several companies.
· Analyze reports packages submitted to the Chairman.
· Develop Goals Performance Appraisals.
· Contribution in successions program for major and critical positions.
· Contribution in Al-Qaryan strategic plan for cost saving and avoidance.
· Contribution in Al-Qaryan governance program.
· Contribution in Business Process Review project.
· Represent the group in conferences.
· Monitor shared services departments performance according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) based on certain KPI’s from three perspectives which is:
o Quality of Provided Service.
o Efficiency of the Provided Service.
o Cost Effectiveness.
· Monitor and update Company Goals Performance Appraisal.
· Ensure customer Satisfaction.
· Conduct Business Process Review for SS departments.
· SS departments Budget Allocation.
· Prepare SS departments Monthly Performance Report to be submitted to the president of Corporate and Shared Services.
· Manage Customer Feedback System.
· Conduct 2015 Customer Feedback Survey and submit final report to the president.
· Prepare Cost Saving and Avoidance monthly report.
· Participate, facilitate and issue Business Process Review executive report
