• Conducting research, collecting data, analyzing, processing, outlining and interpreting.
• Reviewing literature, writing manuscripts, and submitting to peer-reviewed medical/surgical journals.
• In total I've written around 20 abstracts, 10 complete manuscripts, 6 submitted, and so far four have been published.

I started the position as a regular CS representative, I then was promoted to a supervisor where I trained new workers:

• 1- The proper way to communicate/coordinate (effectively) with the account management team, quality team, and technical team (via slacking and making tickets).
• 2- Trained them into tools and systems like SAP, and CRM.

Other responsibilities were of course to cover the shifts and make time to also participate in the interviewing assessment of new/potential applicants.

• As a writer in general, I’ve worked on a wide range of pieces across different disciplines and purposes. For instance, I’ve been a content writer for nearly three years. My roles as a content writer have included:
• 1- Writing content for short, engaging posts across various social media accounts and platforms.
• 2- Writing scripts — including discussions, voice-overs, and scenarios — for marketing projects and campaigns.
• 3- Writing articles, blogs, and website content.
• Additionally, I’ve been actively engaged in academic and literary writing for over a year (as of writing this). My work in this field has involved:
• 1- Structuring manuscripts in accordance with journal-specific guidelines.
• 2- Transforming research data into clear, cohesive, and well-organized text, while ensuring it remains engaging and appealing — with the ultimate goal of meeting the standards of reviewers, editorial boards, and, most importantly, the reader.
• 3- Contextualizing, conceptualizing, emphasizing key ideas, paraphrasing, and proper citation.

• I worked as an independent tutor for healthcare students for almost two years
• During that time I provided the students with the right studying materials
• My responsibilities were teaching, revising, evaluating, and assessing
• I have taught more than 250 students collectively in medical subjects like biology, pathology, histology, biochemistry, bio-statistics, and anatomy

• I ensured consistent and smooth crowd flow
• Communicated with my team effectively
• Addressed the attendees' inquiries
• Resolved internal and external conflicts (from both inside the team, and outside the team)
• Provided a concise and cohesive daily report throughout the period
