- Monitor and operate Ammonia Plant process units, including reforming, CO₂ removal, synthesis loop, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform routine checks on equipment parameters to maintain safe and stable operation.
- Respond to alarms and process upsets and take corrective actions in line with SOPs.
- Execute safe startup and shutdown procedures for plant systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards (PTW, LOTO, PPE, Emergency Procedures).
- Record operational data and report abnormalities to improve plant performance.
- Participate in optimization activities to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Active member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), trained in handling plant emergencies, evacuation, fire response, and rescue operations.
