• Analyse the current situation of the entity regarding to emergency and crisis management and set a road map for continuous improvement and development.
• Make benchmark for organizational structure, roles and responsibilities regarding to emergency and crisis management and submitting them to the responsible person in the entity.
• Establish and Develop emergency and crisis (strategies, policies, governance model, Generic plan, detailed plans based on owned and shared risks, protocols, procedures, training materials and drills & exercises plan) accordance with national frameworks and international standards.
• Set KPI's and Strategic targets for the Department & Employees and follow up till achievement.
• Prepare and Conduct emergency and crisis awareness workshops.
• Prepare and Conduct drills & exercises (Toptaple, operational, field).
• Follow up on outage reports for sensitive and very important consumers and manage events when needed.
• Representation the Entity in many Committees and Workshops in Crisis Management Fields.

• Establish and improve Crisis Management Program based on GSNRC framework and ISO:22361 For Electricity Sectorial.
• Measure maturity level of Electricity entities and improve their maturities in crisis management fields.
• Prepare and conduct Workshops in crisis management fields for Electricity entities.

• Establish and Develop emergency and crisis (strategies, policies, governance model, Generic plan, detailed plans based on owned and shared risks, protocols, procedures, training materials and drills & exercises plan) accordance with national frameworks and international standards for Riyadh Region.
• Prepare and Conduct emergency and crisis awareness workshops.
• Prepare and Conduct drills & exercises (Tabletop, operational, field).

• Establish and Develop Crisis Management Program (Policy, Governance, operating model, Crisis & Emergency Plan and communication media plan).
• Establish and Develop Business Continuity Program (Policy, Governance, operating model, Business continuity plans "depends on BIA and TRA workshops" and Recovery strategies).
• Establish and develop Crisis Management guideline for industrial and mining sectors.
• Establish and develop Business continuity guideline for industrial and mining sectors.
• Review and develop ministry and Ecosystem entities Crisis Management Plans and achieved high score from "General Secretariat of the National Risk Council".
• Establish and develop evacuation plan for ministry's buildings.
• Establish and develop Health protocol guideline for the ministry.
• Member in Health protocol team at the ministry.
• Prepare and execute high level workshop about Crisis management and businesses continuity in the presence of Minister and his Vices and Deputies.
• Participation in preparation and Execution some of the Drills and Exercises on the National Level with the other Government entities.
• Participation with team on national level to identify the basic Vitality services and identify standers to return the services in case of it interrupted.
• Participation in many workshops with General Secretariat of the National Risk Council specially in Risk Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Fields.
• Business continuity champion for Crisis Management Center (responsible to develop, update and activate BCP during emergencies).
• Any other tasks as per the competence.

Set Strategy for Ministry and Ecosystem Entities in (National risks, Emergency & Crisis Management and business continuity Fields) by making Global and regional benchmarking and aligned with Kingdom vision 2030, National Industrial Strategy, National Mining Strategy and National Risk Council Frameworks and Requirements.

Construct and Prepare Crisis Management Center by establish operation room and Crisis command room with the newest Technology, technical systems and solutions, furniture, infrastructures and Engineering Specifications.

• Operating, controlling production plant.
• Immediate response in emergencies and control the situation by follow safety procedures.
• Support head operating supervisor with daily operational functions and demands.
• Report abnormal conditions in order to maintain plant safely.

• Follow up and Coordination with contractors and Employees to ensuring safe project progress by implementing the safety and security procedures and issuing right permits.

• Inspect, and maintain Equipment components in line with manufacture recommendations.
• Regularly inspection the plant to ensure that met fire, hazard and safety guidelines.
• Response to any emergencies as instructions with high efficiency.
