• Supporting contractor on land acquisition preparation with project stakeholders and finalizing final land required for acquisition and preparing required documentation

• Oversaw and delivered several municipal projects from inception to completion, including drainage, water systems, and electricity. Strategically planned and implemented numerous deliverables, such as road rehabilitation, as well as construction of commercial and residential/service projects.
  
• Acted as supervisor of Municipal Public Facilities Development Committee to oversee various activities.
  
• Proactively engaged in municipal elections committee, municipal administration development committee, and committee for determining quality of buildings for public facilities with Riyadh Principality.
  
• Steered all aspects of fuel stations development project with focus on timely delivery.

Drove successful completion of residential/commercial/industrial projects through detailed auditing and review, as well as approval and issuance of building permits. Played integral role in achieving on-time delivery of municipal facilities. Streamlined major construction activities through redevelopment and modernization of systems as well as ways of working.
