As an Administrative Chief Resident at KSUMC i was responsible for making the daily schedule for the residents and the day to day administrative decisions for residents.

  • Making a monthly on call schedule.
  • Serve as a liaison between resident and faculty when appropriate.

  • Arrange weekly Grand Rounds, Residents activities and morbidities and moralities cases and speakers.
  • Continuous resident coverage of all services and reassign residents to cover other services when needed, especially during the COVID pandemic.
  • Contacting rotating residents and help them process their acceptance at our institute.
