• Al Ittihad Club (Phase 1) – The club did not have a functioning sponsorship division, and we were brought in to manage their existing sponsors and build the structure. Oversaw rights fulfillment, advised on sponsor management, and developed a sponsorship strategy that has since secured 3+ new partners (Volkswagen, Hankook, Flow).

• Saudi Water Sports & Diving Federation – Designed a business plan using Saudi Olympic Committee guidelines to both secure funding and drive the federation’s growth. The plan focused on expanding grassroots participation, attracting more talent into water sports, and increasing attendance at events. Established measurable KPIs to track progress in participation, engagement, and visibility.

• Mahd Academy – Delivered a 3-month commercialization feasibility study across sponsorship, facility inventory, and consulting services. Focused on monetizing academy assets through sponsorship and rental models to federations, creating new revenue streams beyond government support.

• Al Ittihad Club (Current Project) – Currently managing 14+ sponsors and guiding the club’s sponsorship team on how to properly manage sponsorship rights. Developed 14 fulfillment reports (7 PIF, 7 non-PIF) under tight deadlines to support contract renewals. Additionally, contributed to the announcement and activation of new sponsorship deals, including one confirmed partnership with SAR and one pending announcement with QSAS

Proposal Development & Strategy Work

• Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) – Co-led development of a technical proposal focused on sports facility classification and digital tracking systems. Produced benchmark analyses of London, Dubai, and Singapore, and structured proposal narratives covering supply, demand, and performance monitoring

• Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee (SOPC) – Contributed to a proposal for the Saudi Olympic Training Center, including market understanding and scope of work alignment. Focused on identifying client challenges and shaping solutions around performance development
