Managing the roadside connectivity project that relies on artificial intelligence technology of advanced safety systems across the country, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan and manage the overall execution of projects including all project objectives, schedule, developing RFPs, budget, milestones, deliverables, and scope of work with the coordination of activities owners
• Provide support to concerned stakeholders regarding development of RFPs, selection of vendors and contractual terms and conditions based on provided input
• Conduct workshops with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project master plan and tools to ensure consistent project execution and timely development and release of product
• Follow-up on projects implementation and progress against master schedule and key milestones and report deviations, risks, and issues for resolution purposes
• Develop risk mitigation plans to treat problems or potential risks
• Analyze project KPIs measurement results, resources, utilization ratios and provide recommendations to improve performance of future projects
• Develop project management tools, methods, guidelines, and governance framework
• Maintain relationships/communication with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations and continuous communication
• Contribute to the governance of procedures among all stakeholders.

In Operation and Planning Department, responsibilities are:

• Prepare plans and schedule for all project delivery
• Conduct risk assessments to identify risks and threats
• Identify the risks that may occur and set mitigation and contingency plans to minimize risks
• Monitoring overall projects progress and present monthly performance report in accordance with the KPIs
• Organizing executive meetings between key stakeholders to discuss project status update
• Review/Update technical specification and scope of work for the project
• Reviewing SEC new procedures and policies to make necessary adjustments to optimize electricity network
• Develop of Electrical system operating standards related with system control to maintain efficient and reliable supply to consumer.

In Maintenance department, my duties are:

• Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance
• Diagnosing faults
• Creating maintenance procedures.
