As an executive advisor to the Board's strategic direction, I am responsible for transforming a conglomerate of royal companies, which was established in 1998, into a publicly traded company, while raising capital, strengthening its structures and reputations, utilizing best mergers and acquisition strategies in GCC markets. In addition, I am leading the corporate transformation of the mother company across four key pillars: human capital, technology, policies, and processes. My role also involves creating innovative new business lines to drive growth and sustainability, while ensuring that the company's operations and processes align with its broader strategic goals.
As a leader of multiple units, I balanced the business division’s readiness for 850 FTEs and used PMO to improve communication, performance, and business expansion. I made strategic decisions, managed resources efficiently, and focused on continuous improvement. As a result, the business division achieved SAR 1B, reduced WF to 450 FTEs, and cut outsourcing costs significantly.
