Leading an engineering team to monitor the production of several Gas-Oil Separation Plants and tackle all operational issues and challenges timely and in a cost-effective manner to ensure a continuous production. The role involves projects planning, review and execution support. In addition, my team monitors asset integrity, environmental compliance, risk assessment of all activities, management of change and energy efficiency. Also, leading the deploying of many new technologies including IR4.0 to enhance the department process and performance.

Managing and coordinating the energy consumption of 14 facilities (currently 8) and multiple buildings that are scattered over a large geographical area to ensure an energy- efficient operations to produce oil and gas in order to optimize costs and reduce emissions.

The role involves ensuring that the established Energy Management System (EnMS) is implemented and continually improved in accordance with ISO 50001:2018 using smart tools such as dashboards.

• Lead the installation of the Flare Gas Recovery System (FGRS) project at UGOSP-4
• Lead the “LPPT Pressure Reduction at SGPD GOSPs to maximize AL Production at Abqaiq” initiative at SGPD
• Deployed Adiabatic Pre-Cooling System Commissioning at SGPD Maintenance Building
• Participated in high level projects such as Water Debottlenecking at SAOO Facilities, Replacement of Pressure Vessels and Replacing Switches to Transmitters
• Prepared all required packages for UGOSP-4 Preventive Maintenance (PM) Shutdowns & Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) in 2021

• Lead the deployment of IR4.0 Online Robot Inspection For Fire Water Tank” trial for the first time within SGPD
• Lead the deployment of Tubular Skylight for the first time within Saudi Aramco

8 weeks of summer training. Placed in Distribution Department. Day-to-day activities include plant monitoring, problem solving, and suggestion follow ups.

Part time job. Assessing the quality of the product or raw food material, taking proper data and filling up checklists, preparing report accordingly with suggestion for quality development issues.
