• Saudi Aramco, I attended an apprenticeship program with Saudi Aramco and then works as a plant operator and DCS operator at Tank Farm unit. Attended a major refinery turnaround in 2014 and EMSR in 2015. Created two applications that enhanced the controlling system of the plant by enabling panel operators to perform fluent calculations and closely monitor hydrocarbon movements. That Significantly reduced hydrocarbon movement calculation time which is made manually and takes about 4.0 hrs. per day to an automated calculation process resulting in increased accuracy and eliminating human error. Additionally, capturing any unauthorized movements between storage tanks and gives alert to the panel operator.
• YASREF, Participated in the commissioning of custody transfer systems. Took the initiative to create a comprehensive monthly and weakly area proponent checklist, which encompassed essential safety measures such as fire extinguishers, deluge and sprinkler systems, SCBA, and process physical protection systems including PRVs and PZVs. The checklist was developed in accordance with NFPA standards and Aramco standards, ensuring adherence to the highest safety protocols.
• Farabi-pc Yanbu, I had the opportunity to join the project during its initial phase, which involved the construction to the commissioning phase. I played a role in ensuring the successful operation of the plant where I was assigned to the distillation unit, reactor section, and H2 make-up and RG compressors. Contribute to developing the initial startup, shutdown, and changeover SOPs for the assigned process equipment.
