Developed infrastructure project's plan (roads, water, and storm water assets).
• Evaluated, and improved O&M policies and procedures in accordance with National Manual of AM/FM and ISO 55000.
• Worked closely with the client and prime contractor to define and classify critical assets.
• Developed asset taxonomy and asset register.
• Developed an asset condition index for infrastructure assets to support visual condition assessment, as well as I’ve developed a general guideline for data collection from infrastructure assistants as well as condition assessment.
• Performed frequent verification rounds and asset decontamination procedures.
• Conducted several training sessions in the field and in the office, and I undertake a knowledge transfer program to transfer area of expertise to RCJ staff.

Project 2: South Dhahran Home Ownership Roads Project:

Construction of 12 Km roads to resolve the traffic congestion due to South Dhahran Home Ownership (SDHOD) link road closure and provide efficient access for the Community Development Project. The scope of work included Access highway. Detour for Old Abqaiq Road (OAR). Interchange-B Resurfacing/Modifications. Provision for traffic signal, permanent signage & traffic calming measures for traffic safety and control, road markings & road crash barriers.
