Project: Enterprise Asset Management System Implementation- Royal Commission-Jubail

Developed infrastructure project's plan (roads, water, and storm water assets).
• Evaluated, and improved O&M policies and procedures in accordance with National Manual of AM/FM and ISO 55000.
• Worked closely with the client and prime contractor to define and classify critical assets.
• Developed asset taxonomy and asset register.
• Developed an asset condition index for infrastructure assets to support visual condition assessment, as well as I’ve developed a general guideline for data collection from infrastructure assistants as well as condition assessment.
• Performed frequent verification rounds and asset decontamination procedures.
• Conducted several training sessions in the field and in the office, and I undertake a knowledge transfer program to transfer area of expertise to RCJ staff.
• I performed the described above (added scope) for RCJ's equipment fleet.

Project: US Diplomatic Mission Compound - Dhahran - New Consulate Compound

• The site is approximately 42,000 m2 in area and the project includes Buildings, New Office, Compound Access Control (Main, Consular, and Service), Utility Building, Warehouse, Community Center, Underground Parking Center, Marine Security Guard Quarters, and Consular General's Resident, Perimeter Wall and Towers, Swimming Pool, Fence, Suspending Shading Structures, Vehicle Canopy Shelters, Public and Security Roads, Hardscaping, Landscaping, and Planting.

Project 1: Operation and Maintenance of Roads, Utilities, and Associated Facilities:

Maintenance and Re-construction of roads, storm water, airports terminals, helipads, airstrips, material staging yards, gas plants, bulk plants with all associated facilities such as street lighting, traffic signals, signs, high gantries, stripping, etc.

Project 2: South Dhahran Home Ownership Roads Project:

Construction of 12 Km roads to resolve the traffic congestion due to South Dhahran Home Ownership (SDHOD) link road closure and provide efficient access for the Community Development Project. The scope of work included Access highway. Detour for Old Abqaiq Road (OAR). Interchange-B Resurfacing/Modifications. Provision for traffic signal, permanent signage & traffic calming measures for traffic safety and control, road markings & road crash barriers.

Project 1: The Well Field Package – EPC. Contract - Client: MAADEN

• The scope of work under this EPC contract encompassed designing, furnishing, installing, and constructing of 64 km and 900mm main water pipeline delivering 57,000 m3 of raw water per day from the well field to MAADEN phosphate plant in Umm Wu'al (Remote Area)
• The scope of work further included a pumping station, a buffer concrete tank, access roads, SCADA, and security systems
• In addition to miscellaneous items required to complete the work, operational testing and pipeline commissioning, as well as maintenance activities during the operational Testing Phas

Project 2: Construction and O&M of Roads and Infrastructure facilities in Jubail Industrial City

• The Project covers five zones in Jubail industrial city: King Fahad Industrial Port, Airport Area, Industrial Area 1&2, Community Area, and the regional Park
• The scope included O&M, and Re-construction of roads, storm water, water channels, along with all associated assets such as street lighting, traffic signals, signs, high gantries, stripping

Project: Development of Infrastructure Facilities in Abu Dhabi Western Region

• Replacement of potable water, storm water, sewage water, and irrigation networks, after demolition of existing roads and road's furniture
• The project's scope included providing all labor, materials, equipment, and tools, as well as performing all operations associated with the replacement of potable water, irrigation, storm water, and sanitary networks, followed by road reinstatement
• The work involved obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and testing fees
• Manage interfaces and maintain liaison with utility authorities
• Relocation, extension, enlargement, or refurbishment of any part of the existing networks that will be directly impacted by this construction, according to direction provided by the client/consultant

Project: AlMisk Infrastructure Development Stage 1&2 – Land Development

The project scope is land development by execution of infrastructure networks, including:
Access Roads Construction of 19.6km with all associated facilities. Potable water & Irrigation water network along with associated facilities. Power cabling and telecom works. Sewage water networks. Streetlighting and landscaping.
