• The ERP and HR departments have selected me and two other Saudi engineers to develop and implement a new Time and Attendance Management System (E-Time) for the company.
• The E-Time system is user-friendly, efficient, and adaptable to meet the company's needs.
• We have trained all staff and manpower to use the system and created a tutorial video on the website in different languages.

• Part of a Saudi engineers team called the "Tiger Team," selected by the management to implement a "Short-Interval Management Control System" (SIMC) in all of the company's 25 sites.
• After undergoing a seven-month training program with "Renoir Consulting," we designed a Daily Time & Quantity Report and trained the projects team to fill it.
• Careful validation and analysis of the data after collecting the daily reports to ensure accuracy, data entry, calculating project performance, KPIs, root cause analyses, basic risk, identifying lost working man-hours, audits, and presenting the data in the weekly performance review meeting to the project and higher management.
