Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives for creating diagrams. Gather information about the software systems, processes, or concepts that need to be visualized.

• Meet with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and assess how cloud technology can address those needs.
• Assist in designing cloud architectures and solutions that align with client requirements, considering factors like scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Help clients choose the appropriate cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and services based on their specific requirements and budget constraints.
• Collaborating with senior consultants or architects to develop cloud strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
• Assisting in monitoring cloud resources for performance and cost optimization, and making recommendations for improvements

• Engage in extensive training and self-study to become proficient in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or other cloud providers.Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or other cloud providers.
• Understand the wide array of cloud services available (e.g., compute, storage, databases, networking) and assist in selecting the appropriate services for different use cases.
• Learn and apply security best practices for cloud environments, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and compliance.
• Understand cloud cost management and cost optimization strategies.
• Create and maintain documentation for cloud architectures, configurations, and best practices.
• Support cloud architecture projects by following best practices, adhering to timelines, and contributing to successful project outcomes.
• Learn about compliance standards and governance frameworks relevant to cloud environments and assist in their implementation.

• 1 - Help-Desk
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist users with login problems, password resets, and account access issues.
• Create and maintain detailed records of all support requests, including the nature of the problem, the steps taken to resolve it, and the time involved.
• Create and update documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to help users resolve common issues independently.
• 2- Web Development
• Write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to build the user interface and user experience of websites.
• Ensure websites are responsive and work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• 3- Networking
• Analyze and assess an organization's networking needs and requirements.
• Install and configure networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Set up and manage local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
