- Following Higher management instructions for any kind of responsibilities like following up with the Owner & Management
- Local Purchasing
- Handling all kinds of accounting duties
- HR, Finance & Admin duties
- Performing VAT processing with VAT consultants
- Handling Suppliers & subcontractors for new orders & follow-up till received the goods
- Visa processing to higher management & staff for Europe, USA & any other countries
- Air Ticket & Hotel booking are handling
- Petty Cash / Cash handling
- Controlling Office expenses
- Salary disbursement to staff through bank / hard cash
- Maintain personal employees' files with their required data
- Preparing monthly staff salaries
- Making official letters & confidential letters for Management
- Maintaining the supplier's and subcontractors' files
- Keeping Store records of Stock & Inventory.
