*Attend the internal and external project kick-off meetings with clients and contractors to plan commencements of works.
*Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.
*Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications.
*Prepare the breakdown of all items on the BOQ, taking into consideration material cost, labor cost, testing and commissioning and overhead.

- Prepare project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans.
- Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly look ahead schedules for execution.
- Conduct a site inspection to ensure that the works are carried out as per the approved shop drawings, standards and promotes quality control of all installations.
- To coordinate with various departments like Procurement, electrical and mechanical.
- Attend coordination meetings with client, contractors, and sub-contractors. Maintain technical records, design revisions, invoices, and Work statements.
- Coordination with our accounts department for preparation of invoices for materials delivered, inspected, and installed to be submitted to the contractor.
- Prepare the commissioning team after installation completion to proceed with testing & commissioning of the systems, Final preparation of As-built drawings, O&M manuals, inspection and testing reports, final handing over of the system to the main client.
