• Murcia Residential Project, National Housing Company (NHC), Riyadh, KSA.
• King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, Jeddah, KSA.
• Antara Villa Compound Project, Diriyah, Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Worked as Electrical Engineer in terms of all electrical activities which include design calculation of lighting and power system, Material requisition, Site Installation of Electrical system as per approved drawings
• Installation of low current services such as Public Address, IP- CCTV/Access control system, Fire Alarm System, IP Telephony & Data System
• Estimates, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, equipment’s, tools etc
• Required for all electrical and related works prior to execution
• Follows Approved Method of Statement, Drawings for Cable laying for Low Voltage, Medium Voltage in underground, Cable trays and Cable ladder
• Coordinate with Other Trades (Mechanical, Civil, Architect, etc...)
• Coordinate with Client/Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspections of work
• Prepare shop drawings and as built drawings
• Responsible to ensure the correct implementation of project quality plan and quality procedures and productivity related to all electrical works in accordance with program of work on site
• Conforms to all the operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and regulations, giving priority to safety and security.

Projects:

• Riyadh Metro, Line 4, Elevated Stations, associated with FAST consortium.

Responsibilities:

• For Supervision/Installation of Electrical system such as Lighting, Power and Low current systems
• Conducting regular (daily) site visits and supervising, verifying the installation of low voltage and low current works as per approved shop drawings
• Supervising Electrical foreman while execution
• Resolving the issues related to site activities, Ongoing progress work, coordination issues
• Request material, tools and equipment needed for the projects
• To ensure quality and timely execution of projects ensuring adherence to safety standards
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the work with mechanical, architect and civil group for the technical aspects of the electrical system
• Supervising the Sub-Contractor and following up Suppliers to complete the project as scheduled
• Advisory to all sites for Electrical Design and implementation as per project schedule
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.

Projects:

• Empress Towers, G+12 (Gated Community Project), Hyderabad, India.
• Paramount Heights (Residential Apartments G+6), Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• To execute the electrical works according to the latest approved revision of shop drawing
• Manages directly and provide engineering, technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site
• Assign targets for accomplishment and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical works
• Analyzing electrical plan and material list to interpret specification
• Working for Design drawings, Technical Submittals & Electrical Load Calculations
• Attending meetings with Design team in case of any issues related to the Electrical low voltage and low-current design
• Selection of materials, such as lighting fixtures, Wiring devices, Cables, Raceways as per project standards
• To provide expertise in providing electrical services design concepts using AutoCAD
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress report
• Site surveys and inspections.
