• Review contract scope of work, project quality plan and quality control procedure.
• Preparation of Submittals, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) & Method Statement.
• Reviewing Material Test Certificates (MTC) as per the requirement & randomly check receiving materials.
• Managing, Supervising and inspecting all Quality Control activities on site.
• Inspection for the excavation, Field density test (FDT) of the trench for installation of pipes.
• Inspection of installation of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) and Reinforced Thermosetting Resin Plastic (RTRP) Pipes as per the drawings.
• Inspection of coupler joints for GRP pipes and joints made with Easy Fit Chemical for RTRP pipes.
• Inspection of Hydro test for (GRP, RTRP & U-PVC) installed pipes.
• Inspection of warning tape after installation and Hydro test of the pipes.
• Preparation of QC Documents Hold Point Release (HPR) for each and every activity during installation of pipes and calibration certificates for Hydro test of pipes.
• Inspection of Valve Chamber, Washout Chamber and Clean out Chamber.
• Inspection of fittings (Dismantling joints, Flexible Couplings, Flange Adaptors).
• Inspection of Butterfly Valve (BFV), Gate Valve (GV), Non-Return Valve (NRV) & Air Release Valve (ARV).
• Inspection of Odour Removal System with Blowers.
• Industrial & Sanitary Pump Stations & Fittings.
• Prepare & verify the punch listing and approve with comments.
• Review the final test packages & documents as per procedures and signed for the client.
• To ensure that all measuring and testing devices / equipment’s being used on project (when and where) required are calibrated periodically against certified standard equipment’s.
• Prepare daily surveillance reports on a daily basis which needs to be compiled and submitted to the QC Coordinator.
• Ensure too close of Quality Action Notice (QAN) & implement actions of preventive measures.
• Ensuring the implementation of Quality & HSE Directives.
