Assist in the formulation of employee file.
Assist in organizing and compiling materials for new employee orientation.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and other documents to department staff as needed.
Keeping personnel files current, coordinates timely
completion of personnel file required documents as per
the policy and procedure.
Assist in day-to-day human resources tasks, such as
filing and issuing staff IDs and name tags.
