  • Review the tender documents and issue queries to address any gaps, missing documentation, or unclear information.
  • Review the client's requirements according to standards, and design and calculate electrical loads for panel design and cable sizes, considering voltage drops and other relevant parameters.

  • Verify quantities against project drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and prepare additional or revised BOQs as necessary.
  • Compile a comparison of supplier quotations to facilitate informed decision-making for procurement works when a project is awarded to us in the future.
  • Break down material costs and potential discounts to optimize procurement strategies and maximize cost savings.
  • Provide cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support in budgeting and planning. Additionally, coordinate with the planning department to prepare the Manpower Histogram and Planning Schedule for inclusion in the technical submission.
  • Calculate the overhead with the planning and logistics teams according to logistic cost, required warranty and project time line schedule, etc.
