1. Preparing by checking all the shipments one by one, and making sure all the items are acceptable to move to the last destination.

2. Creating: after preparing, I create the tracking number with the details, and I also create the invoices for each individual shipment.

3. Alerting: By attaching the invoices and shipment photos in the Aramex system and amending them if needed.

On my side, I handle it and make sure to make it easier to deliver to the last destinations on time in three steps: sorting by destination, palleting, and wrapping, then moving to the Aramex warehouse to be transported by trucks to their destinations on time.
