For conformity to specification (size, scheduling, rating, marking, color code requirements) mill certificates, packing list material identification and traceability according to material types (pipe, elbow tee, reducer, weld-o-let, Nipple, etc.).

· Inspection of Shell plate’s erection vertical and horizontal joints, nozzles, stairs and plate form.

· Responsible for the inspection of Pre- and Post-welding.

· Preparations of weld maps (Bottom, Shell and Roof).

· Visual inspection of welding.

· Foundation Orientation of Tanks Nozzles

· Execute all NDT (RT, MT, PT) according to API 650

· Vacuum Box Test (VBT) of Bottom welds.

· Oil Penetrate Test (OPT) of Bottom to Shell welding.
