• To Run the work in Good Quality according to the BOQ Specification.
• Have to perform daily field Inspections, Check files, track test reports and quality records.
• Ensure that all site activities are ongoing according to the approved shop drawings, correct safe practices.
• Monitor and follow up the implements of ITP & WMS (Inspection Test Plan and Work Method Statement).
• Check the completeness and conformity of work as per approved designs & conduct field inspections.
• Close all WIR & NCR (Work Inspection Report & Non- Conformance Report).
• Highlighting the problems which affecting the progress.
• (MIR) Material inspections to be followed as per the (MAR) approved material (Technical submittal)
• Maintaining the quality of work by visually monitoring the construction activities daily and addressing to the construction team if there is any lack of quality during construction.
• Identify problems & ensuring its proper disposition with the assistance of the vendor.
• Monitoring and documenting the construction progress. Keeping accurate daily logs, participating in the progress weekly meetings of the construction.
• Prepare checklist forms for site activities and get it approved for official use from consultant.
• Coordination with all disciplines for closure of RFI, NCR & SOR (Site Observation Report) (Construction Survey, QC)
• Any changes variation in approved shop drawings and material must submit and take approval from construction and should also inform Site Engineers through a coordination meeting.
• Coordinate with CM (Construction Manager) to arrange meetings, brief training for Site Execution team.
• Address the snag list to be closure.
• Must make the good coordination with the consultant to ensure a successful completion of project within the budget and before the time period.
