Observed the comparison between users & non users of Hindustan Lever Ltd Personal products such as face creams like Fair & Lovely, Talcum Powders such as Ponds dream flower and all other cosmetic products. Customer survey was conducted by preparing a questionnaire so as to extract the necessary information regarding personal products of Hindustan Lever Ltd.
