• Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to develop and implement effective recruitment, onboarding, and talent management strategies.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Prepare regular reports for the Managing Director, highlighting departmental performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and other senior executives to align operational strategies with overall company goals.
• Foster effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring information flow between departments and teams.

• Lead and manage the research and development activities, drive innovation, develop cutting-edge smart city solutions, and contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
• Develop and execute the research strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals and market trends.
• Identify research focus areas, define research goals, and set milestones for project deliverables.
• Conduct market analysis and assess technological advancements to guide research directions and prioritize projects.
• Lead a team of researchers, engineers, and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Assign responsibilities, manage workloads, and ensure effective utilization of resources within the R&D department.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the Technical and Presales Department, to align research efforts with product development and pre-sales activities.
• Establish research methodologies, design experiments, and analyze data to derive insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and emerging technologies in smart cities, IoT, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and related fields.
• Identify opportunities for technology adoption and integration into the company's smart city solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and exploration to drive technological innovation within the R&D department.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and industry events to network and exchange knowledge with peers in the smart city domain.

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls. Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director. Development of individual program budgets Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service. Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits. Disbursement of checks for agency expenses. Organization of fiscal documents. Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning. Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.
