- Working closely with Product Managers and site Engineering Department by providing feedback from information gathered during presales projects.
- Keep manager informed of changes in the marketplace.
- Developing network of contacts.
- Observe checkpoints in the sales process that is buyer driven such as bid documents.
- Frequently create competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis.
- Verify new proposals and bids with manager prior to customer presentation.
- Effectively write, present and communicate bids.
- Executing orders on time by providing weekly order schedule to client.
- After sales service to client, solving issues with QC for any mismatch or
failure accrued during delivery of goods.
- Successful in achieving NO NCR report to sesco till date for all delivered goods and also for any submitted document.
- Invoice submission and follow up with finance for receivables.
