• Luxury Villas (06 Nos.) in Jumeriah, cost of project as 8 million Dirhams with Sheik al Mubarak as the Engineering Consultants.
• (B+G+3) commercial/residential building. In Al-Ghusais, with a project cost of 18 million Dirhams, and Arenco as the Engineering Consultants.
• (B+G+5) commercial/residential building. In Al-Ghusais. The project cost is 25 million Dirhams. With Test consultants.
