• Supervising Mechanical related construction activities for HVAC, PLUMBING & FIRE FIGHTING Services including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities
• Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtained statutory clearances.
• Support project Manager or Director in finalizing vendors / subcontractors.
• Maintain and manage all purchase & delivery schedule /reports, change of order process. shop drawings, document control logs, client, architect and subcontractor correspondences.
• Ensuring materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
• Manage sub-contractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training and punch list process.
• Deliver project handover to client by submitting O&M manual.
