· Leading a team of quality engineer and inspectors to oversees all systems related to low voltage and low current/ICT systems

· Interviewed and effectively participated in the hiring and termination of quality control engineers/inspectors

· Review Subcontractor and supplier quality document submittals (Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans, and Procedures) to ensure effective controls are in place.

· Review the material transmittal and shop drawings as per project specification to get the acceptance from consultant. Preparing Method statements, inspection test plans and checklists while adhering to project specifications and contract documents.

· Implementation of quality plan for the project, which includes inspections, testing and proper documentation and ensure that all works comply with client/consultant requirements.

· Write inspection reports, non-compliance reports, and proactive notifications, internal Audit reports.

· Mobilizing and managing QC inspectors as per required work.

· Supervision and inspection of electrical (Distribution panels, transformers, bus bars etc.) and ELV/ICT equipment (Ladder, Rack, cable tray and UPS) in telecom rooms and data center.

· Hands on experience in inspections of Material Receiving (FOC cables and Accessories), Fiber Optic Cable On-reel test (OTDR), Cable Trenches Excavation Inspection, sub duct Installation, Conduit Installation, Mandrel Test, FOC cable pulling through underground and inside building.

· SM & MM Optical fiber cable splicing, UTP Cables, Instrument Cables and Power Cable Installation, testing and Termination Inspection.

· Inspection and testing of Fire Alarm panels, Detectors, Call Points and interfacing with third party systems.

· Inspection for installation and testing of Dome cameras, Fixed cameras, PTZ Cameras, Thermal cameras etc.

· Inspection for Public address system and its interfacing with fire alarm system.

· Inspection of Audio Video, Video Wall, Room Management system, Video Intercom and Access Control system.

· Installation and testing of BMS and DMS system and its integration with other systems.

· Testing and Commissioning of baggage handling system, metal detector and baggage scanner.

· Installation and T&C of Turnstiles and gate barriers.

· Continuous monitoring of the work activities according to specification and standards.

· Preparation the closing criteria for punch list items and monitoring the progress to close items upon completion.

· Completed Public Address Voice Evacuation System and Hostile Vehicle Mitigation system as the sole QC inspector.

· Ensure proper performance and effectiveness by following best quality practices for Low Current systems.

· Responsible for the inspection of Fire Alarm Device installation & Pre-commissioning like Smoke, Heat, Beam and Ionization Detectors, Interface Modules, Sounder Modules, Break Glass Unit Etc. as per ITPs and Specifications.

· Inspection of delivered material, Testing of cable, Conduits installation, cable trays, Enclosure Installation, Grounding and device Installation etc. and raising comments; if inspected work doesn’t comply with SAES, SAIC, SATIP, NEC and NFPA 72.

· Closely collaborating with Client in closing Exception List Items (EIL) and punch list items.

· Preparation of Pre-Commissioning packages and doing functional inspections with Client’s Representatives as per ITPs and approved method statement.

· Witnessing and verifying the Cause and Effect Matrix of Fire Alarm System.

· Responsible for log book entries and submission of 2 Week Look Ahead to SAPID and QA/QC Manager.

· Daily Surveillance/Inspection for all the construction activities and witness all the Installation as per the Sch Q (Installation and Location) in accordance with the drawing and project specification, rework of Communication activities like conduits, cable tray, duct banks, cable laying and testing, during construction, preparation of testing report and QC record.

· Responsibilities include Planning, Executing, Monitoring/Controlling and Closing engineering and construction project activities within scope of Low Current considering schedule and cost baseline.

· Activities involve leading the Low Current team in project tasks towards their successful completion within the scope of contract and specifications.

· Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of workforce, material and machine; preparing process sheets and estimate sheets for the same.

· Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Saudi Oger for approval prior to execution at site.

· Responsible for Installation and Pre-Commissioning of Structured cabling system, Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, A/V and CCTV ensuring compliance to design, project specification, method statements, quality control program, HSE, industry codes and standards.

· Prepare Red Line Drawings and As-Build Drawings where required.

· Update Management on status of work, work performance, potential risks and risk responses in weekly progress meetings to be dedicated to project completion within the time and cost baseline.

· Responsibilities include Planning, Executing, Monitoring/Controlling and Closing engineering and construction project activities within scope of Low Current considering schedule and cost baseline.

· Activities involve leading the Low Current team in project tasks towards their successful completion within the scope of contract and specifications.

· Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of workforce, material and machine; preparing process sheets and estimate sheets for the same.
