- In recognition of my work,I was deputed to work in Gas compression program, as part of Pre-commissioning and commissioning team. Following are the major activities I have been involved ;
- Conducting (FAT) Factory acceptance test and (SAT) Site acceptance test for the Main Process Control System (PCS) , ESD , Building and Plant Fire Alarm, Vibration Monitoring System, Air Compressor packages PLC as per the project approved procedure with vendor presence.
- Instrumentation loop checks includes Verification of wiring. Calibration, Vervication and confirmation peocess value with plant opration through loop checking.
- Ensuring that the loops are configured as per approved PGID, Logic Drawing,Trips &Alarms schedule and other approved documentations.
- Carried out the functions test for the process equipment and packages.
