• Manage a team of QC engineers and inspectors Study and understand project specifications, and plan the execution of QC activities. Supervise and insure the implementation of the project quality plan and procedures in accordance with the quality management system requirements, Company requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Ensuring production personnel is familiar with quality related objectives and requirements, conduct training sessions and quality tool box talks for production engineers. Cooperate with procurement team to issue the required purchase orders for all materials and subcontractors as per project requirements. Management of Non-conformities and follow up for closure. In depth knowledge of the quality control principals, methods, industry specifications, regulations and latest international codes of practice and their application to engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing operations and commissioning of project. Application of corrective actions to nonconforming conditions.

• Familiar with Specifications and Contract documents with respect to actual project implementation To plan, schedule and supervise all Civil works involving new construction and repairs such as earth works, foundations of Towers, road works, buildings, structural (steel and concrete), land surveying activities.
• Monitoring of projects with respect to progress and strictly implements the standards and specification as per EPC (engineer, procure and construct), IFC and applicable codes.
• Assist project engineer in civil works inspection such as; rebar, concrete, earthwork, excavation, compaction testing, trenching, backfilling, survey for alignment/coordinates, etc.
