  • For the past 16 years, I have been managing and overseeing the conference and audio-visual systems and technical aspects of board relations and services, as well as diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure the smooth operation of boards (BED and BoD), committee meetings, and events.
  • To ensure that IsDB's day-to-day business operations, which include both virtual and in-person board and committee meetings and events, go off without a glitch, vendor visits for the conference's CM and PM have been planned and scheduled, audiovisual systems are checked for errors, and the latest versions of applications and software are used.
  • Oversees and facilitates pre-meetings and post-meetings arrangements and testing (Hybrid & Conference System, networking), ensuring that all necessary systems working properly
  • Administer and maintain the E-Archiving of B.E.D records, on the IsDB server
  • Lead collaboration and discussions with senior management at business complexes on related areas of business technology, such as use case prioritization and development, budget, business process reengineering, and so on, to support agreed-upon implementations, achieve the required outcome, and ensure value within IsDB is visible
  • Study development in MDBs in connected domains and changes in business models to identify the latest technology or new ways of adapting current technologies. Establish collaborations with other MDB innovation hubs to run use cases in other hubs or inside IsDB hubs based on related business areas.
  • Provide input in the annual budget preparation for FMSDC (ASD) projects by providing cost estimates based on systems expertise and vendor quotations.
  • Formulate RFPs and participate in the bidding and vendor selection process through technical evaluation for the vendor selection process.
  • Continuously review and study business needs, design, and technology Research, analyze, identify, implement, and technically lead all integrated systems solutions and digital technology transformation platforms-related development projects.
  • Coordinate and provide direction to departments and entities as a major focal point for all technical issues linked to the adoption of new systems and technologies. Troubleshooting and addressing system-related difficulties.
  • Ensure development, delivery, and maintenance of service operations processes, including incident management, problem management, request fulfillment, asset management, configuration management, service availability management, work methods, and standards for solution operations such as back-up, security, monitoring, patching, program release, and control, and for how modifications to solutions and databases are deployed to ensure that they are being executed efficiently and as per the procedures to achieve service level agreement targets, operation continuity, service availability, and operational continuity
  • Support regional hubs by providing technology infrastructure for their remote communication with IsDB and other entities
