-post in pediatric ER department : my duty is to assess patients upon arrival , start from stabilization for critical ill children to the plan of management.

-Preparing ones who need emergency surgical manipulations

- Admitting patients who need hospital care

-Setup plan of investigations and primary management

-Executing Consultants plans of management

Teaching for final years students .

run clinical rounds .

teach students history and clinical examination techniques

• First on call to all patients belongs to the unit.
• Supervision of daily follow up of inpatients.
• Once weekly grand round.
• Once weekly referred clinic.
• Once weekly academic session for residents doctors.
• During this period he was punctual,committed to his work,respectful to his seniors ,and he has proved to be competent and reliable in his professional career.

My duties included the following:

• Daily morning ward round.

• On-call duty once a week covering the NICU and postnatal wards.

• Regular tutorials and teaching sessions.

• I have carried out several procedures including umbilical and jugular catherarization , exchange transfusions.

A 4 year training program , in a 8 different hospital as per program. 24 month in pediatric emergency and general pediatric .

6 month in NICU .

2 month in PICU.

8 month subspecialty ( cardiology , nephrology , neurology , gastroenterology and dermatology )

rest in minors .
