• Scope of work
• The project belongs to Ministry of Housing it's a vast project divided into 2 phases
• Phase 1: Infrastructure works : The project enclose the total area of 706,960 M2 (All underground utility works such as Storm and sewer drain line network, potable water network, irrigation system network, sewage treatment plant underground water tank sewage holding tank, lift stations LV and MV networks, Telecommunication networks, substations, street lighting, External and Internal Roads, parking, landscape and hardscape, children's amusement park and so on)
• The allotted budget for phase 1 works is SR 235 Million
• Phase 2 : Construction Phase (construction of 1182 villas plus school buildings, mosque, shopping complex so on
• The following below mention Works, required supervision of all disciplines
• Structural works related to Water Holding Tank Volume (5000.M3)
• Civil works related to the Potable Water Network of Distance (17 K.M)
• Civil works related Irrigation Network Distance (14 K.M)
• Structural Works related to Sewage Lifting Stations each one (1500 M3) Sewage Network Distance (18 K.M)
• Structural works related Sewage Treatment Plant (5500 .M3)
• Road works from preparation to finish for all the Housing Project approximately 15 K.M
• Responsibilities:
• Review specification, contract documents and site work to advise the site of measures that can be taken or should be taken to ensure the smooth process of the works.
• To verify, the structural + Architectural design drawings comply with contract specifications and meet the required Codes and Standards
• To verify the approved civil +Architectural shop drawings, materials, method of
• Statements and other submittals, comply with the contract documents and meet the required Codes and Standards
• Reviews all the test reports related to Civil Works and advice accordingly.
• To visit the site periodically to verify and check ongoing works, quality, progress, problems or conflicts and adherence to contract documents.
• Review and evaluate monthly progress.
• Reviewing, testing and commissioning procedures and their records and advice accordingly
• Follow-up any NCR raised to determine the effectiveness of corrective action taken and eventually for closure if satisfied.
• Tested sites and materials to assess strength and quality.
• Prepared risk assessments to support safe and stable construction sites.
• Evaluated project compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Visited sites to review work progress and drive process improvements.
• Performed monthly safety walks and escalated concerns in line with procedures.
• Managed construction flow and timetable, liaising with architects and management teams to resolve technical issues.
• Oversaw Quality Control (QC) for construction teams, delivering results in line with project specifications.
• Supported quality standards by verifying premium quality of on-site construction materials.
• Drafted engineering reports in support of planning applications, site appraisals and submissions to statutory authorities.
• Conducted walk-downs with contractors to plan approaching work and ascertain quotes as required.
• Prepared technical reports and arranged for survey or investigation work.
• Surveyed, graded and leveled construction sites within assigned timeframes.

• Land Development & Construction of Residential Villas, Commercial Centers
• Review the Design and shop drawing of the project.
• Approve the Material submittal as per Project Specification
• Preparing & checking running and final bills
• Preparing the weekly and monthly reports showing the laid length of the pipeline during the progress of the project and submit it to the Project manager.
• Attending the weekly progress meetings with the contractors during the progress of the project
• Responsible to review the final "As Built" technical documentation from the contractors before handing over to the client.
• Review of Construction drawings and specifications
• Supervision and execution of all structural & architectural works
• To manage the staff and workers assigned to the task.
• To follow up the subcontractor works, productivity, quality and Interface relation with other trades and activities.
• To comply with the work program satisfying the relevant trades of Planned and productivity.
• Conducting and documenting all job meetings
• Co-ordinate and assists Q.S
• In producing payment certificates and claims
• Preparations of weekly and monthly reports for submitting to senior management /Client
• Monitor procurement process in order to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities of all disciplines duly taking off quantities
• Contractual correspondence, including clarifications and advises.
• Assessment of post contract, interim payments and variation orders
• Administer the contract with Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Attending Site meetings and recording minutes
• Preparation of Monthly Budget expenditure reports.

• Supervision and Installation of all the Aluminum works in which Doors, Windows, Baluster, Skylights for the above said project.
• Review of Fabrication drawings and specifications
• Conducting and documenting all job meetings
• Preparations of weekly and monthly reports for company management
• Identifying and reporting problems to the Management and all deviations that cannot be settled.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and safety managers to ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Clarifying any discrepancy on new or existing works,
• Supervision and Installation of all the Aluminum works in which Doors, Windows, Baluster, Skylights for the above said project.
• Review of Fabrication drawings and specifications.

• Checking of materials, complete civil works and their jointing materials, etc., as per standards

• To comply with the work program satisfying the relevant trades of Planned and productivity.
• Making inspection of the works with the consultant for approval
• QC supervising for maintaining site logbook on-site viz., approved site execution drawings, approved generic drawings, QA/QC inspection sheets, approved documents related to works, etc.,
• Attending the technical correspondence and periodical meetings
• Outlined construction schedules, equipment and labour requirements using Gantt charts.
• Responded to technical concerns quickly and effectively, devising strategic solutions to minimize project disruption.
• Reviewed construction plans and verifying project scope accuracy and feasibility.
• Documented daily progress, incidents and issue resolutions for accurate site records.
• Prepared and reviewed engineering specifications, scopes of work, schedules of payments and associated documents.
• Checked technical drawings for adherence to standards, maintaining operational compliance.
• Wrote down work schedules and communicated changes to crew members and clients.

SCOPE OF WORK; the project consists of 1342 independent villas, public building, comprising of 5 mosques, 4 Intermediate Schools, 5 Kindergarten Schools, Shopping Centers, Health Center, Large Auditorium, Clubs beside Utilities Center via under Ground water tanks Overhead Elevated Water Towers, Sewage Treatment Plant etc. Responsibilities:

1 Overall in-charge of all civil and Architectural works with a staff of 80 persons (Skilled & Unskilled)

2 Supervision and Execution of Construction as well as Maintenance works such as extension of Villas, School buildings, constructing of new villas for ministry staff members as per their desire and Requirements

3 Coordinate with Supervision consultants to ensure construction activities, compliance with approved drawings and specification.

4 Compliance with Quality management systems and document control systems.

5 Attending the periodical meetings and technical correspondence.

6 Supervision & Execution for Renovation of Damaged & old roads and also for the Drainage and plumbing pipe lines laid underground

7 Maintaining a complete and comprehensive detail record of the works in the project.

8 Preparing detail Estimation for the Construction works, Modification, Renovation work.
